[SixClub] Are These Legal? (only a little OT)

Doubt the model shown is legal, although that manufacturer appears to 
sell a few VHF/UHF HT's at several dealers listed in CQ & other ham 
publications..

Personally I's stick with equipment that comes with a U.S. warranty by a 
respected company that has been in business for some time & contributes 
to U.S. jobs.
