Did all of that stuff - application icon located
and selected and the app came up (after asking if
I wanted my GPS location shared - I said yes but
would not choose to walk around with an active
tracking beacon transmitter on my hip).  :-)

The app apears stuck at the "Please wait - looking
for GPS signal" stage.  It has now been several
minutes there.
