Iirc 30m is still a government band in some countries and that COULD be an
encrypted signal (good luck on decoding that! :)
remember it was a gov. shared band in the US in the beginning of amateur use
with the prohibited segment in the middle....60m is similar...

Damn its been quiet here...BTW some guys in Kaplan LA are on 50.17 working a
net on Wednesday I think...one of them has been talking to Kelly, N5STK down
the road from me in EL29 on 50.125 almost every night!

 I have a signal on 30 meters,.........
its been transmitting for an HOUR that I know of,.......... I cant copy it 
with anything I have.  its NOT listed on the cluster.  and  its at 10.128.9 
MHZ  IF anyone can TELL me what this is I,........ would REALLY   appreciate

the time you spend .
