[SixClub] 30 meter Digital Question

Ladies & Gents,


 I have a signal on 30 meters,.........
its been transmitting for an HOUR that I know of,.......... I cant copy it 
with anything I have.  its NOT listed on the cluster.  and  its at 10.128.9 
MHZ  IF anyone can TELL me what this is I,........ would REALLY   appreciate 
the time you spend .
