Hello gang,
This is John's response to my letter:
"Gabriel,
Thanks for your input.
73,
John - K8OCL"
His e-mail is K8OCL at hotmail.com
Our user base on 6 meter is a big but normally quiet
one, so we are exposed, now that the BW have been
limited on the other bands, to this kind of
situations. Only us can prevent this from happening
again, by swarming like a disrupted fire ants' nest
when this things happen. We need to take this
experience, and learn from it. Does anybody has an MP3
file of how this signals sound? It could simplify
making heads or tails of this kind of interference.
Keep your ears open, and report to this and other 6M
groups. Remember, no ID, no HAM.
Take care everyone, 73
