[SixClub] sunspots

Well if you believe the comments on eham.net, there is
no one on HF, which is why we need to drop the CW
requirement, unless it is a contest weekend.  Then the
band is so crowded that no non-contesters (who all own
rigs without the WARC bands) can get on.
