[SignalOne] Non-function S-1

Still working on my CX7A, or more accurately, still talking about 
working on my CX7A.

I have two tubes coming from a vendor on eBay.  Been 20 days since I 
paid so I hope I didn't get scammed.

Recall that my S/1 has a 4CX350F in the final.  What's the story with that?

The radio works on receive and I can hear the transmitter's CW and SSB, 
very faintly, so it should be fixable.

I have a strong LO feedthrough on AM.  Is that normal?

Has anyone added crystals for WARC bands?  Is there a preferred vendor?  
What are the specs for the crystals?
