[SignalOne] CX-11A question

I've had a CX-11A for several years (got it from Paul Kluwe), but left it
dormant for the last year or so. Upon firing it up recently, I see that the
display shows xx.900.0, and does not change with either PTO control. The MHz
part of the display changes with the bandswitch, and I am not getting any
receive audio. I reseated the display board, and cycled through the PTO push
buttons many times.

Any suggestions on where to start troubleshooting?
