[SFDXA] [DCARC] club call sign

I do not believe it would be a good idea to change the club’s Callsign.
I would vote against doing so, but I agree with Jeff, we can find another, more appropriate way to memorialize Pete. 
 We can discuss this further at our next club meeting if you wish to do so.
