[SFDXA] [DCARC] club call sign

Yes we could after it becomes available which may be several years.
His QRZ page is marked "SK". I don't know if the call has been 
surrounded to the FCC.

I don't think DCARC should ask for the call.

Pete was much more involved with other clubs/organizations.
One example is SFDXA <https://sfdxa.com/>to whom he left all his radio 
equipment.

As trustee of NA4DC I would honor the club's wishes if they voted to 
apply for the call.

Personally, I do not want to open that wound every time I hear the call 
sign on the club repeater.
