[SFDXA] SFDXA still leads in DX Club League competition, but the race is tightening

Our SFDXA is still is first place in the Club League, but the Carolina DX Club is gaining on us.  We are still at 306 average DXCCs per member, while they have improved from 301 to 303.  The Kansas City DX Club now has sole possession of third place with 299, while the Northern Illinois DX Club has dropped to 286.
