[SFDXA] SFDXA still leads in DX Club League competition but the race is tightening

Bill,
That's happy news.  Remember that if we get 19 more new DXCCs from any 
combination of any members who's logs are already up there, the average  will go 
up one more point to 307.
So if you have a few new ones, load 'em up!
