[South Florida DX Association] Community Emergency Response Team Net Thursday.

With Hurricane Season upon us Chris VE3NGW sends us this note. The South
Florida DX Association hosts the SEDAN which is a communication system for
the Hurricane System. We give up one of our antennas in season so the
Hurricane Center can receive information on storms. We are one link of many
in the state of Florida so your club is very active and supportive. This net
is an important one and checking in to find out more and possibly joining in
would be helping the community.

Hi Bill
You may want to mention that on Thursday at 7pm on 147.225 we are going
to have a CERT net starting.
It would be nice to have as many checkins as possible,   plus it will
give a chance for everyone to learn about CERT.
