[South Florida DX Association] Magnet Corrosion

Living in an antenna restricted condo, I have been using mobile =
antennas.
All are mag-mounted on my roof air conditioner.  I went up on the roof =
today

and found all the magnets appear to have rusted and either cracked or
completely come out of the "cup" where the magnet was inserted. Am I =
doomed
to have to replace 4 of them every few years or is there another =
solution?
