Since the public safety agencies in Johnson County have moved to the 
state's Project SAFE-T system, you will need an APCO P25-capable digital 
scanner such as the Radio Shack Pro-96 or Uniden BC296 or BC396.

There are a number of people in that group familiar with scanning SAFE-T.
