[ScanIndiana] What kind of scanner to use?

I live in Greenwood, Indiana.  I'm new to this and just wanted to make sure
I purchased a scanner that will pick up the Greenwood Police department and
Johnson county Sheriff.

Can someone take a look at that and tell me what features I need to look for
