Depending on the Frequency, I might be able to give
you a solid answer that could be about 90% accurate. 
Given the broad RF spectrum, I cannot list everything
that might be doing it.  Even on AM broadcast.  I live
in LaPorte, so I may be able to help you out a little
more.
