It's like this:

"Medic 1, you have a run to Parkview Noble for a
33Alpha2"

Or something like that. That's the context of the
codes. Of course, I'm just using the code as an
example.

It's unusual that they use "Alpha" because most
departments in my neck of the woods would say "Adam."

I'm thinking the 33 might be the condition. I'm not
sure of the letter. The 2 may be the Priority. Like
Priority 1 was lights and sirens, and Priority two was
quickly but quietly. Priority 3 was No Rush. These are
just my guess...
