[ScanIndiana] Re: Terre Haute woes.

I believe that scanner manufacturers are allowed to
reverse engineer control channel stuff. At least,
that's how I thought we came about the ability to
listen to Motorola and EDACS and whatever to begin
with. If I'm wrong, please let me know!
