That's a big problem with the "Tac" radios. Many of them treat the
freqs as if they were secure channels. They would call their channels
things like "Super Secret" A 50W VHF FM mobile with a 5/8 wave
operating 5 KHz or 10 KHz off the normal channel spacing isn't exactly
secure communication... It's more like a giant blinking red light.
