[ScanIndiana] 800 Mhz digital problems

>From what I hear the Fort Wayne police officers and fire fighters are, at
least in part, not happy with the new system.  Mostly the same complaints
that you hear about other digital trunked systems, such as Greenwood.  As
for the "massive test", that was a large scale disaster drill.  I didn't
monitor the digital system and I haven't heard any feed back so far, so I
don't know how well it actually worked.  Motorola still says it can get this
squared away so we'll just have to wait and see.
