[ScanIndiana] My experience with the IN Scanner Law

Like i said once before, They interpret the law AS
they NEED it. I was told by an IPD officer several
years ago that it was illegal to listen to police runs
anyway. BOY! Did i straighten HIM out real quick. Just
be careful.
