[Scan-DC] Montgomery County on Blue Alert

This is a nationwide problem.

Compound it with fewer medical responders, and failing infrastructure of
the local governments to prepare. No maintenance for vehicles, no planning,
no facilities, no support staff - only mandatory overtime, etc. It is only
going to get worse.

No kid coming out of school wants to go into the EMS field making $30 -
$50K a year with an associates degree, when they can take very
similar coursework and become an RN and be double that salary.

I've tried to help the system for over 25 years now - it's getting time to
turn it over to the newer group - but they're not here...
