[Scan-DC] Montgomery County on Blue Alert

DOES THIS MEAN THAT MONTGOMERY COUNTY HAS NOT KEPT UP WITH THEIR AMBULANCE INVENTORY????????

IF THAT IS THE CASE...I AM NOT SURPRISED AS MONTGOMERY COUNTY HAS NOT DONE ANY COUNTY STREET TREE TRIMING OVER THE LAST 18 MONTHS. WE HAVE HAD TO HIRE A PROFESSIONAL TREE TRIMMER TO TRIM BACK OUR TREES IN SECTION FIVE OF CHEVY CHASE....
