[Scan-DC] For GMRS repeater folks

With all the FCC talk about Baofeng being stopped from US import., this
looks like they got past the US FCC issues. for this model. Not sure of the
output power but still the price is right for comms and NOAA wx with alert.
Might be a run against Motorola T series FRS/GMRS handhelds  they sell at a
bit more money. We complain all the time about competition in the
marketplace then when an outside country one-ups us we complain again...

Competition started with cable TV in the 1970's remember that? and the
Chinese were not even involved, go figure.
