[Scan-DC] Monitoring Montgomery County

Sentinel has now retrieved the P25 system info and the associated talk groups from Radio Reference. I can see a CC signal is being received but I can’t hear anything, so far, on the new system. 

Interestingly, RR only has the dispatch TGs in its police group, while the fire/rescue TGs seem complete. I wonder if we’ll see any more for police.
