[Scan-DC] Monitoring Montgomery County

While I live across the river in Loudoun county. I too have noticed a
downturn in P16 comms in the last few days via various receivers listening
to MD systems. The new system (s) may not have simulcast programmed as
before or does not have something pulled over (yet) from the old system. I
also notice this here, with P1 systems but the difference I think is I
think VA got the basic Phase 1 systems talking correctly with the newer P2
ones in a way MC may this be working on as far as interop. MC may be
smoothing out a few things and since this all happened over a few days I
would let them work out things in the next few weeks and see what happens.

I feel having listened to MC so much that the radio techs will not let us
down in being open to the system.

Just an observation from VA
