[Scan-DC] Montgomery County P25-P2 Update

As of right now, it looks like so far fire dept personnel have been directed
over the last week prior to Xmas holidays to report to have radios
reprogrammed for the new system.  As of today, Sunday 12/27, fire dispatch
is still reporting dispatches to respond on the P16 system TG 7B, etc.
Also, flashing back to 2000 when the current system came online, the new
system simulcasted the old system for several weeks until the official
switchover.   So, as of right now, we're seeing the new P25P2 system online,
but in transition.  RadioReference.com has been updated with the new system
and its talk groups by David Schonenburg (SP?)  via submissions.  Also,
there are reports of control channels rolling around on both systems.  Just
be aware.
