[Scan-DC] Federal DMV monitoring question

Depending on where you are in Leesburg, you could be as close as 20 miles
to some of the JNCR sites, with a reasonable antenna, you should have no
trouble hearing some of the northern Virginia sites.  What frequency, site,
and talk groups are you picking up?

It is a system that would be fun to get more familiar with.  I usually only
listen to the Fort Detrick site, but, everything is pretty routine.  The
Fort Detrick police must have license plate scanners, they are always
pulling people over for suspended tags.
