Wait, I'm confused. Is the issue that you sometimes cannot hear the rebroadcast of VSP on the Fairfax system, but you have no problem hearing the actual "native" VSP broadcasts on STARS at all times? That's a very different issue from not hearing them on STARS. If that's what's happening then the problem may be with the programming of whatever Fairfax uses to patch in VSP onto their system.
Or are you actually not able to hear VSP on _STARS_ at certain times of the day?
Please clarify.
