[Scan-DC] Virginia state police

Meanwhile, out here at the other end of the Commonwealth, I have been
listening to Salem Division State Police traffic on 158.985. That was the
"old" frequency before the division went to STARS and I had locked it out
on the scanner at some point. When running through the channels I unlocked
it with several others and was surprised to hear dispatch traffic. I'm not
sure why it is back in use, but it is nice to hear the crisp tones of VSP
dispatchers.
