[Scan-DC] WPMS844/Encrypted P25 on Industrial/Business Pool freqs

When I first asked about this I did get some off list e-mails about this
network. Seems they will be adding a site near NYC and one in the Miami,
and I think Philly area in the future. And that all these sites are
linked together in one big multicast system.
