[Scan-DC] Potomac River incident

Eagle 2 reports two ropes (ziplines?) have been stretched across the 
river between Maryland and Virginia.
Montgomery County has dispatched a water rescue assignment to stage 
at Anglers Inn.  And apparently so has Fairfax County.
Operations on 7C.
Also US Park Police on 166.725.
Eagle 2 reports about twenty people in the vicinity of the ropes, 
just north of Purple Horse Beach.
Not clear whether anyone actually needs to be rescued yet.
