[Scan-DC] Prince William County issues

Does Prince William use LSM Simulcast?
Does D.J. live inside PW County or outside?

I live in Rockville and can't receive Fairfax County, even though the
signal is strong. But the multiple near-equidistant transmit sites
interfere with one another. When I drive over into Fairfax, no
problem receiving because I'm closer to one transmit site than the others.
