[Scan-DC] Issues with Montgomery County System?

I have noticed similar things occasionally on my Grecomm/Radio Shack receivers.
Today there were separate fire incidents on 7C and 7G, and I was 
hearing 7C comms on 7G.
I have no idea whether it was inadvertent patching at the ECC or a 
problem in my radios.
