[Scan-DC] Issues with Montgomery County System?

Kenny,
This happens every morning from 4am to 8am. They will hit the alert tone when it goes into effect and they combine District 5 & 6, District 1 & 2, and District 3 & 4. This is generally their slowest period of volume and this does cut done on hours and overtime. Talking to the dispatchers, it's relatively easy for them.
