[Scan-DC] Issues with Montgomery County System?

Thanks to all who responded! Generally not awake around 4am so have never
heard them hit the tones for consolidated talkgroups. Interesting stuff -
have only ever heard them end it at 8am.

And regarding the weird talkgroup "leakage" I too have heard it a couple
different times and it always catches me off guard. I always get a little
concerned that I'll need to do some reprogramming but it always corrects
itself after a short time.
