[Scan-DC] Any information on Federal OIG's and sector?

You are referring to the CBP radio system. "Sector" (as it used be
known in the past) is the National Law Enforcement Communications
Center, heard as "Charlie-100" on the radio nets. Various other
agencies, such as the OIGs you mention, have access to this system.
For frequencies, you will want to refer to the CBP Net or D-Net
repeaters. The frequencies can be found on RadioReference.com for
some areas or other online sources. You can read more about the CBP
