[Scan-DC] Any information on Federal OIG's and sector?

Hello,

 

I am wondering if anyone understands what frequencies federal OIG members
maybe using when they talk to "sector".  From what I have gathered "sector"
is based in FL and is a part of homeland security.  They seem to service the
different Offices of inspector general for various federal agencies.  I know
one OIG radio I saw was a xts5000.  Does anyone have any more information on
how this arrangement works or what the frequencies might be?  Thanks for any
help and sorry for the vague information that I have.
