Then I'm assuming all of the newly re-available TGs will only be available via a Phase 2 scanner, correct? I'm using my Pro-651 for Dispatch and 02 at the moment but would of course like to hear everything which would require a new scanner purchase if everything will be Phase 2.
On a related note, does anyone know how long DC plans to simulcast Dispatch and 02 on the "old" phase 1 system? If that's going away soon, then I will definitely have to ante up for a Phase 2 scanner - and now would be time to do it given some of the Radio Shack sales.
