[Scan-DC] Track of Interest over Eastern Shore (anybody hearing this?)

The references to pulling the chute would be accurate since the plane is a
Cirrus 22.  According to FlightAware, his flight plan is from Illinois to
Manassas, but his track just stops a good distance off of the MD/VA
peninsula coast.
