[Scan-DC] Track of Interest over Eastern Shore (anybody hearing this?)

A commerical aircraft asked for any updates comms on 121.5000 mhz. Last 
update comms were the pilot was descending to 500ft. and advised to use 
his chute which he apparently has done and they know where he landed.
