[Scan-DC] New Radio Shack ads to emphasize customer service

If Radio Shack truly believes that its "longtime core tenets" has been customer service, this campaign is doomed to failure.
Instead of a philosophy of espousing marketing-speak and hoping we will believe it is so, why don't they just, you know, spend that money on actually improving customer service and employee training?
