[Scan-DC] New frequency for KIAD - BUFFR (Also Westminster 5 Arrival into BWI)???

I've noticed the frequency for BUFFR (aka Westminster 5 Arrival into BWI) has move over to 133.850 as of this week.  


Just wondering if anyone else can confirm this?  


The old frequency for BUFFR was 123.825 until about a week ago.

I've never been able hear the monitor the ground station for 123.825 (or 133.850) because it's most likely located near Westminster.  I'm located within a mile of IAD.

However, I can monitor their UHF frequency of 254.250 which comes in loud in clear at Dulles and appears to be simulcast with 133.850 (old 123.825)
