[Scan-DC] NSF receivers detect most distant man-made signal ever

For those of you who have problems getting signal coverage beyond a few miles, NSF has been able to get coverage out to 11.5 billion miles...

Voyager's downlink signal is presently at 8420.6175 MHz, if you want to try to receive it on your scanner :)
