[Scan-DC] Tropospheric Ducting?

I actually heard a guy on CB channel 19 (yes, I still occasionally listen
to a CB) Sunday before last saying that he was in Colorado. I remember it
well because he was coming in like he was right behind me, and I was saying
to myself, "Yes, I bet he's in Colorado". Maybe he really was in Colorado
after all.
