[Scan-DC] Helicopters Flying Over Northern Virginia Are Part of Radiation Assessment

When I worked for BellSouth and its subsidiary Cingular Wireless, its fleet of corporate planes had tail numbers N404BS, N404BL, N404CW, and some other N404xx numbers. 404 is the area code for Atlanta, which is BellSouth's headquarters.
