[Scan-DC] Helicopters Flying Over Northern Virginia Are Part of Radiation Assessment

When my first daughter was born, I reserved her birthday and initials
with the FAA as an N-number. I carried that reservation for a few
years until I realized that children precluded me from having (1) any
time to fly airplanes, (2) any money to pay for flying airplanes, and
(3) any desire to go anywhere other than bed.

Back in the day, one of the editors of Flying, Nigel Moll, I think his
name was, had N 16 EL on his airplane, artfully designed to read
"NIGEL"
