That concern would be called a LAWSUIT.  It would be a personal injury 
attorney's dream.  Image what the result would be if that dog, who is 
trained to attack if someone runs from him or approaches him and if that 
someone happened be a child and was bitten and seriously injured.  Just 
imagine the headlines.  Subsequently, of course, a presidental 
commission would have to be formed to recommend new legislation banning 
police dogs from biting anyone. All current police dogs would have to 
have their teeth pulled to "protect the children".  Then the American 
public will be safe. Hey, it could happen.  It's crazy time.
