[Scan-DC] Loudoun Co K9 unit on the loose

They were using the FLIR.  They didn't find anything and returned to 
base about 15 minutes ag.  You can really hear the concern in the K9 
cop's voice.  There was another possible sighting in the area south and 
east of Hamilton.  Units will be scanning fields with handheld thermal 
imagers.
